Find your sleep position. The best sleep position is the one that works for you. Sleeping on your side with a support pillow for your knees may avoid placing unnecessary strains on your back or neck.

Sitting for long periods of time is risky business. Among other health concerns, sitting too long especially over a computer loads the spine and compresses the discs. Get up and move around.
